Contact Customer SupportHow do you calculate the cost of a furniture repair?
We evaluate the piece based on photographs or an on-site visit in Norwich. Our written quote details timber matching, joint re-gluing, and surface preparation. Once agreed in writing, this quote remains fixed unless you request extra repairs.
How does local collection and return operate?
Our workshop team collects items directly from properties in Norwich and nearby surrounding districts. We provide an exact morning or afternoon arrival window, protect items in padded moving blankets, and transport them securely inside our vehicle.
What happens if a joint becomes loose during the 30-day inspection period?
We offer a 30-day review period following return. If any joint we repaired exhibits movement or structural failure, our specialist returns to inspect the item and performs necessary adjustments at our St Andrews Street workshop at no extra charge.
What payment methods do you accept upon job completion?
We accept settlement only after you have examined the completed work in your home. Payment is completed either by cash on delivery directly to our transport specialist or by direct bank transfer upon invoice presentation.
