Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel service bookings by phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time at zero charge. Later cancellations may incur billing solely for dedicated materials already purchased for the piece, as itemized in the quote.

Appointment dates may be rescheduled without penalty. Our workshop provides the earliest available booking opening within one working day.

A complete refund is issued if our workshop cancels the assignment, if we cannot fulfill the agreed restoration scope, or if the finished surface fails to meet the documented quote and cannot be corrected within a reasonable duration.

• Full return of deposit funds if an appointment or workshop booking is cancelled more than twenty-four hours before the scheduled arrival or collection.
• Deduction of actual timber material outlays if custom veneers or timbers have already been purchased prior to cancellation notice.
• No call-out fee charged if an on-site visit is rescheduled at least twenty-four hours in advance.
• For digital assessment guides, no refund is granted once the technical diagnosis document has been drafted and issued via email.

1. Contact the workshop by telephone or reply to your quote confirmation email.
2. State your order reference number and the requested change or cancellation.
3. Receive written acknowledgment and confirmation of refunded deposit funds where applicable.

Approved refunds are returned via original bank transfer within five business days.
